For the Item "20/20", type in the amount you wish to donate.

Select the "Add to Cart" button.

Select the "Checkout" button on the pop-up window. If the pop-up goes away, select the green Shopping Cart button on the top-right of the page and then select "Checkout".

In the "Person's Name:" field, type in your name.

In the "Comments" field, type in the name of the player you are donating for.

Select the "Continue to Checkout" button.
